Handwriting and Signature Comparison
  1. Study handwritten texts using various writing materials and tools to identify the individual characteristics of the writer and attribute the writings to their authors.

  2. Examine signatures to determine whether they belong to the attributed individuals or if they have been forged, and identify the methods used for forgery, distinguishing between original and forged signatures using modern techniques.

  3. Inspect and compare seal impressions, identifying the methods used to forge them and how they were transferred onto documents if copied from a genuine seal.

  4. Differentiate between natural handwriting and unnatural writing styles some individuals may use to either enhance their handwriting or deliberately alter it using various non-natural patterns.

  5. Analyze typewritten and machine-produced texts, distinguishing between different types of typewriters and printers based on their characteristics and techniques.

  6. Study the aging of documents and the relationship between the handwriting and signatures on them, determining which came first in cases of signatures written on blank spaces.

  7. Examine unknown writings, compare them, identify the author, and detect any tampering such as additions, modifications, deletions, or reentries, and determine whether these changes were intended or natural.

  8. Examine burnt papers, recover and analyze the handwriting on them, and identify their contents.

  9. Inspect and study wall writings (graffiti) for forensic analysis.
